Erin Elizabeth is a longtime member of the Lotus Chefs family, bringing together a wonderfully eclectic background in hospitality, wellness, creativity, and performance. As one of our lead front-of-house team members, Erin has a natural gift for reading a room, caring for guests, and adding a little extra sparkle to the experience.

You’ll often find her leading our tea parties and styled gatherings or creating colorful, alcohol-free drinks for our mocktail add-on services. Outside of Lotus Chefs, Erin is the founder and creator of ⁠OLOVE Skin / One Love Body Soul, her Maui-made natural skincare company known for reef-conscious mineral sunscreen and thoughtfully sourced botanical body care.

Whether she’s pouring tea, mixing something beautiful, styling the finishing touches, or welcoming guests to the table, Erin brings playfulness, creativity, and genuine aloha to every gathering.
