A longtime friend and culinary collaborator, Chef Maja Liotta joins Lotus Chefs for select fine dining experiences, bringing years of experience as a Maui private chef and a beautifully ingredient-driven approach to the table. Her cooking is rooted in family traditions, thoughtful local sourcing, and a belief that dietary accommodations should never mean sacrificing flavor or creativity.

Maja is also the chef and founder of Lilikoi Creations, her own Maui private chef company. We love the opportunity to work alongside another talented woman in our island culinary community, and the warmth, confidence, and care she brings make her a natural fit at the Lotus table.
