A longtime friend and collaborator of Lotus Chefs, Belia brings more than two decades of culinary and hospitality experience to the table. A graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi Maui College culinary arts program, she earned Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals in national culinary competitions before spending several years traveling the world and exploring global food traditions.
Her career has since spanned cooking, restaurant management, guest relations, and hospitality, giving Belia a natural ability to anticipate needs and bring calm organization to any environment. Today, she brings those gifts to A Honu Space, her organizing and senior concierge business, while continuing to join Lotus Chefs for select culinary experiences. We’re always grateful when her capable hands, generous spirit, and years of experience find their way back to our table.
