Kyra Mirian Bramble

Kyra Bramble is the founder of Lotus Chefs, an all-women private chef and hospitality team on Maui, and Camellia Tea Society, its vintage-inspired sister company. A Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef with a background in holistic nutrition, Ayurvedic cooking, Hawaiian wildcrafting, and wellness, Kyra has spent more than two decades cooking, gathering, and creating experiences on Maui. Her work is rooted in local food, thoughtful hospitality, and the belief that the best meals aren’t only remembered for what was on the plate, but for how people felt around the table.
