Corporate Retreats + Offsites on Maui

Private Chef Hospitality for Corporate Retreats on Maui.

For more than a decade, Lotus Chefs has supported retreats and private groups on Maui with thoughtful food, experienced hospitality, and flexible multi-day service. Today, we bring that experience to corporate retreats and executive offsites, creating customized culinary programs that support both the people attending and the purpose that brought them together.

Experienced Offsite + Retreat Hospitality

When you’re responsible for bringing a group together, food is only one part of a much larger experience. It also happens to be one of the things everyone remembers.
Lotus Chefs has been providing retreat catering on Maui for more than a decade, supporting everything from intimate wellness retreats to multi-day organizational gatherings.
We understand the logistics behind feeding a group well: changing schedules, complex dietary needs, early mornings, long days, off-property activities, different appetites, and the importance of keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Our role is to make that part feel effortless.
The result is hospitality that feels considered, personal, and entirely integrated into the experience you’re creating.
Planning a Wellness Retreat?

Looking for Something More Intentional? Lotus Chefs has been part of Maui’s wellness retreat community for more than a decade, with specialized hospitality for yoga retreats, women’s gatherings, spiritual retreats, and transformational experiences.

DESIGNED AROUND THE ITINERARY

Your Schedule Leads. We Follow.

The best retreat hospitality fits naturally into the flow of the day.

An early departure might call for breakfast provisioning rather than full service. A working day may need lunch ready at precisely the right moment. An open afternoon could lend itself to grazing and refreshments. And after several days of meetings, workshops, or activities, the final evening might deserve a beautiful dinner around one table.

Your culinary plan can include:

Breakfast + Brunch: From streamlined continental breakfasts and espresso bars to substantial full-service brunches before a day of meetings, golf, sailing, or exploring Maui.
Lunch + Daytime Service: Fresh, satisfying midday meals designed around your schedule, with generous proteins, salads, seasonal sides, and options that are easy to enjoy between sessions.
Family-Style Dinners: Generous shared meals with premium proteins, local ingredients, and abundant sides for relaxed evenings when everyone simply wants to eat well together.
Executive + Fine Dining: Elevated coursed dinners with full tablescape styling and refined service for leadership dinners, celebrations, welcome evenings, or the final night of your offsite.
Snacks + Provisioning: Coffee, beverages, fresh fruit, snacks, grazing, and thoughtfully stocked essentials to keep your team fueled between meals.
Team Building & Connection: Optional cooking classes, immersive experiences, cocktail & grazing hours, and so much more.
Allergies & dietary needs: Thoughtfully accommodated whenever possible.

Your offsite doesn’t need to follow one service style. We’ll help you build the right combination around your itinerary. We build the combination that makes sense for your gathering rather than requiring every day to follow the same format.

A Private Chef, Not Traditional Corporate Catering

Our model is intentionally more personal, more bespoke, and more flexible.
DEDICATED TEAM

A consistent culinary and hospitality team gets to know your group, property, preferences, and schedule from planning to throughout the stay.

BESPOKE MENUS

Every menu is built around your team, from dietary needs and appetite to meeting schedules, activities, and the overall tone of the offsite.

LOCAL-FIRST SOURCING

We prioritize ingredients from Maui and Hawaiʻi whenever quality and seasonality allow, bringing a genuine sense of place to the table.

SEAMLESS HOSPITALITY

From planning and sourcing through onsite preparation, service, and cleanup, we handle the details so your team doesn’t have to.

A Culinary Program Shaped Around Your Group

No two retreats ask the same thing of the people attending them, and the food shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all either.

Whether your days are built around strategy sessions, workshops, yoga, excursions, family time, or a little of everything, we design the culinary experience around the rhythm of your gathering

Corporate retreat menus are designed for full days and healthy appetites: generous portions, beautiful proteins, fresh seafood, colorful vegetables, satisfying sides, abundant salads, and the local ingredients that make dining on Maui part of the experience.

Some days call for something fresh and efficient. Others deserve steaks on the grill, fresh island fish, an abundant family-style table, or a coursed dinner that becomes one of the highlights of the trip.

We accommodate allergies, dietary preferences, plant-based guests, gluten-free needs, and mixed-diet groups without requiring the entire table to eat the same way.

Corporate retreat hospitality is quoted according to your guest count, service dates, meal schedule, menu selections, staffing requirements, property, and overall scope. Once we understand your offsite, we’ll recommend the right combination of services and provide our current Corporate Retreat + Offsite Guide with sample menus, service options, and detailed investment information. For multi-day groups, we can also structure services strategically across the stay, investing more heavily in the meals that matter most while keeping others intentionally simple.

ROOTED ON MAUI

Island Ingredients, Made for Sharing

Maui is home, and its farms, waters, makers, and multicultural food traditions are woven throughout the way we cook.

Whenever seasonality and quality allow, we prioritize ingredients grown, raised, caught, and created here in Hawaiʻi, from fresh produce and seafood to local meats, sourdough, honey, jams, pastries, and other special touches.

Our menus draw inspiration from Hawaiʻi’s layered culinary history and generations of cultural exchange across the islands, alongside the backgrounds, travels, and creativity of our individual chefs.

The result is colorful, seasonal, island-inspired cooking that feels connected to Maui without asking every person at the table to have the same palate.

A Dedicated Private Chef + Hospitality Team

BESPOKE HOSPITALITY, THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY

Traditional corporate catering is often designed for larger productions, with much of the preparation happening off-site and menus built to serve high volumes efficiently.

Our model is intentionally more personal. Your Lotus Chefs team works primarily onsite at your property, preparing customized meals specifically for your group with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, attentive service, and the flexibility to adapt as your offsite unfolds.

For multi-day gatherings, that continuity becomes part of the experience. Rather than coordinating restaurants, caterers, deliveries, and reservations throughout the week, you have a consistent culinary and hospitality team that becomes familiar with your property, schedule, dietary needs, preferences, and even how your group likes to eat.

It’s the professionalism and organization of corporate hospitality with the intimacy, flexibility, and attention of a luxury private chef experience, particularly well suited to executive retreats, leadership teams, founder gatherings, boards, and organizations staying together at a private residence or estate.

Teams booking three or more service dates may enjoy:

• Preferred multi-day pricing
• Waived travel fees
• Complimentary enhancements
• Rotating customized menus
• Breakfast + provisioning options
• Priority scheduling

Your offsite doesn’t need to follow one service style. We’ll help you build the right combination around your itinerary. Book us for the meals that matter most, or let us support your team throughout the stay.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We provide private chef hospitality for company retreats, executive offsites, leadership gatherings, organizational retreats, and other professional groups on Maui. Service can range from select meals to coordinated multi-day hospitality, depending on your itinerary.

Traditional corporate catering is often designed for larger-scale events, with significant preparation happening in off-site kitchens and ingredients sourced through larger distributors. It’s an efficient model for feeding a lot of people at once. Our approach is intentionally more personal. Lotus Chefs brings a private chef and hospitality team directly to your property, where we prepare and serve meals specifically for your group. Menus are customized, ingredients are thoughtfully sourced, and our team becomes familiar with your guests, preferences, dietary needs, and schedule throughout the stay. For corporate retreats and executive offsites, it offers the polish and professionalism of catered hospitality with the flexibility, intimacy, and attention of a luxury private chef experience.

Yes. Retreat groups often include a wide range of allergies, sensitivities, preferences, and dietary needs, and we’re very comfortable planning menus accordingly. We regularly work with plant-based, vegetarian, gluten-free, allergy-sensitive, wellness-focused, and mixed-diet groups. If there’s something we cannot safely accommodate, we’ll tell you during planning.

Yes, depending on schedule and availability. We can provide comprehensive multi-day chef service on Maui, or support only the meals where having a chef makes the greatest difference. Many groups choose a combination of hosted meals, provisioning, family-style dining, brunches, and one or two elevated dinners.

We’re happiest serving approximately 10–25 guests, although we can accommodate groups up to 60+ depending on the property’s kitchen, menu, staffing requirements, equipment, and logistics.

For most hosted services, we need access to a functional kitchen with an oven, cooking surface, sink, refrigerator, and basic kitchenware. The kitchen facilities should also be appropriate for your group size and the menus being prepared, with adequate refrigeration, cooking capacity, prep space, and access for our culinary team. Your property should also have sufficient dining and service space for your guest count and chosen style of meal, whether that’s a casual family-style dinner, buffet, or fully plated experience. Lotus Chefs provides specialty culinary equipment as needed. We’ll review your property, kitchen, guest count, and proposed menus in advance and let you know if additional equipment, rentals, or logistical arrangements are recommended.

You can reach out as soon as your dates are established. For larger groups and multi-day offsites, we can typically begin holding and planning dates up to approximately 9-12 months in advance, with final menus, pricing, and service details confirmed closer to the event so they reflect current availability and costs. Pending availability, we can also book as close as a month out for last minute requests.

Yes. Flexibility is one of the primary benefits of private chef retreat hospitality. We plan around your itinerary and can recommend different service styles for early mornings, off-property days, workshops, meetings, excursions, and evenings when everyone has more time to gather.

Yes. We’re accustomed to working as a hospitality team within private properties and can coordinate kitchen activity and meal service around your team’s schedule. If your gathering has specific privacy or confidentiality requirements, let us know during planning so those expectations are clear to everyone involved. We’re happy to adjust our contract and sign NDA’s for everyone’s peace of mind and mutual respect.

Absolutely. Wellness retreats are an important part of Lotus Chefs’ history, and we continue to work with yoga, spiritual, women’s, educational, and wellness retreats whose priorities align with our level of service. Menus are customized to the philosophy and needs of each group rather than limited to a particular definition of wellness cuisine.

Let us take care of the table.

Whether you’re bringing together a leadership team, a community, a room full of retreat guests, or several generations of family, the meals become part of what everyone takes home with them.

Tell us about your dates, property, group, itinerary, and what you hope the experience will feel like.

We’ll help you create a culinary plan that supports it beautifully.
