A bridal brunch can refer to either any styled brunch specifically for the bridal or wedding party, or a styled, chef-prepared meal typically specifically on the morning of the wedding for the wedding party, their close friends, and family members. Lotus Chefs offers brunch and styled options for bridal party celebrations, bridal showers, bachelorettes, as well as wedding day options for in-suite breakfast during hair and makeup, full buffet spreads, or seated brunches at your vacation rental, whatever it takes to make sure everyone is fed and ready for the big day!

We offer a range of wedding morning brunch services, from elegant buffets to quiet in-suite service—each designed with your celebration in mind. All packages are customizable and include:

• Head chef + hospitality staff

• Shopping, preparation, service, and full cleanup
• Brunch-friendly drinks + juice service (perfect for mimosa bars)
• Serving platters, cloth napkins, and curated presentation

Choose between our Classic Brunch Menu or Styled Grazing Boards, or blend the two to create your perfect morning. Think: tropical superfood parfaits, thick-cut bacon and eggs, just-squeezed juice, or fresh local pastries.

For bridal suite service, we offer quiet setup, hand-delivered bites during glam, and discreet cleanup, making it ideal for pre-ceremony preparation. We also tailor our offerings to be “wedding-friendly”, avoiding anything too messy, heavy, or pungent so you can feel fresh, nourished, and ready to shine.

Our wedding brunches can be served in a variety of ways, depending on your preference, available space, and the menu chosen. We can serve buffet style, family style, plated, or custom.

For example, we offer:

• Styled board buffet for grazing, with pastries, parfaits, fruit, and room temperature items like quiches.
• Hot food buffet with eggs, potatoes, your choice of meat, fruit, and other lighter fare on the side. 
• Full seated service with elevated offerings, either plated or family style.
• Bridal suite personal service while the party gets ready. 
• Mimosa or Bloody Mary bars. 
• Coffee & tea bars (always included). 

YES – we love kids and are happy to include them! Whenever possible, we try to match the energy of the “adult meal” by modifying items for children, such as leaving sauces and spices on the side or simplifying ingredients for picky eaters. Weʻll always have tropical fruit & berries for them to sample! You just let us know what will get eaten with the least amount of fuss. Kids under 5 eat free, and kids 5-11 are half off adult pricing.

Yes! Our day-after wedding brunches, lunches, or dinners are nourishing and relaxed. We find that after the big day with all its excitement, having the close-knit bridal party together to reflect and ground is a bonding experience. Typically for meals the day after the wedding, weʻll go for heartier fare and a more casual feel, but you just let us know what aligns with your vision. When the bridal party is getting ready, we believe itʻs important to serve food that’s light, nourishing, and easy to enjoy between hair, makeup, and photos. Lotus Chefs recommends a low-bloat, no-mess menu with a balance of hydration, protein, and gentle carbs, such as tropical fruit platters, superfood parfaits, mini pastries, herbed eggs, roasted potatoes, and other classic breakfast items that won’t stain dresses or overwhelm the room or mouths with strong smells. We also bring plenty of water, coffee, fresh juice, and hydrating beverages—served with care to keep your morning calm, beautiful, and well-fed.

We offer several styles to match your event’s energy, guest count, and setting:

• Fine Dining: Multi-course plated menus with professional service. Choose from different tiers that may include amuse bouche, wine pairing support, upgraded florals, or full tablescaping.
• Family Style: A more relaxed but still elevated experience, perfect for intimate groups. Dishes are shared at the table, featuring bold flavors, vibrant ingredients, and our signature aesthetic.
• Styled Grazing Boards: Lush, photogenic spreads perfect for wine nights, welcome receptions, or laid-back bridal gatherings. These can stand alone or accompany a light seated menu.

Yes. Lotus Chefs creates intimate, chef-curated rehearsal dinners at your vacation rental or private residence on Maui. Choose from plated multi-course menus or shared-style dinners, with optional styling and florals. No matter what you choose, youʻll be taken care of with love and style. 

Absolutely. We specialize in specialized elopement and small wedding party dining experiences for 2–20+ guests as long as your rental or venue has an onsite kitchen and supports our work. Whether it’s beachside or on your lanai, we craft menus and ambiance to match your love story. We do not offer large-scale wedding catering. We specialize in small, styled, intentional gatherings: elopements, rehearsal dinners, bridal brunches, and intimate celebrations in private homes or rentals. We do love working synergistically with larger catering companies, allowing them to take care of the larger requests, while we focus on the wedding party and detailed intentional bookings.

Yes! Our styled bridal shower grazing boards options include classic cheese & charcuterie, brunch, or high tea styles. All include full service, a curated selection of artisanal local & imported droolworthy offerings, and are all beautifully styled with vintage props or boho touches.

We adore them and love throwing these magical events. Lotus Chefsʻ vintage high tea bridal parties feature hand-selected mismatched teacups, vintage linens, fresh finger sandwiches, and local pastries, with lots of room for customizations. We offer both indoor and outdoor setups with full styling and optional florals.

Yes, we can create picnics, but they must be on private property only. We provide service, textiles, décor, and food. Tables and seating (chairs or floor cushions) are available as an add-on. Lotus Chefs’ styled picnics are perfect for intimate bridal showers, bachelorette photoshoots, or sisterhood circles.

Yes! We have an extensive inventory of classic, vintage, and boho tablescaping items, including linens, chargers, napkins, and serveware that we love to share. Styling is available as an add-on or included in our full-service packages.

Lotus Chefs has an incredible, trusted floral community that we work with to create custom tropical or seasonal arrangements using Maui-grown flowers and greens that match your service. You can also book our floral styling packag,e which includes bouquets, table décor, and one complimentary handmade lei.

Our wedding, elopement, and bridal party services are priced the same as our standard offerings—we do not charge extra just because it’s a wedding. While private chef pricing varies depending on experience, quality, and menu, you can generally expect to invest a minimum of $900 per service, or around $100 per person for a meaningful, professional culinary experience.

At Lotus Chefs, we approach every event with care, humor, flexibility, and deep respect. We know we’re entering your ceremonial space, and we’re honored to contribute to that energy. Many clients choose us not only for our food and styling, but because they feel safe, seen, and supported by our all-women team. We price our services to reflect the value we bring and the high cost of living on Maui, while remaining competitive and transparent.

We know how quickly wedding costs can pile on, and we always want to be transparent with our fees. Our styled bridal services start at $900 per event, with all-inclusive pricing that covers menu planning, ingredients, chef labor, service, and cleanup. Rates increase based on guest count, menu, and styling level. We offer transparent flat-rate quotes with no surprise fees unless youʻd like additional customizations. Vendors are half price. Kids 5–11 are half price, under 5 eat free. A 4.7% Maui GET, flat travel fee, and 2.9% card fee apply (or save by paying with cash or check).

Yes, we always want to feed the amazing team that supports your special day! You can book vendor meals for all service staff with Lotus Chefs for any styled or wedding service at 50% off adult pricing. Meals will be on par with what is served to your party, with the exception of any premium ingredients or special requests. If you choose not to purchase vendor meals, we always offer any leftovers to vendors. We do not charge vendor rates for our own team, and always ensure our people are fed.

Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for excellent service. Should you feel inspired to show extra appreciation for our chefs and staff, any additional gratuity will be graciously accepted and evenly distributed among the team based on hours. Guests can leave extra love onsite via Venmo upon request. While Lotus Chefs is committed to competitive and fair pay, additional tokens of thanks directly support the hardworking individuals who bring love, intention, and flavor to every meal, creating experiences that align with your family and dining goals.

We serve all regions of Maui, including Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kihei, Wailea, Makena, Haiku, Paia, and Upcountry. Most clients host in private vacation rentals or private homes. We can provide service anywhere there is an onsite kitchen and we have blessing to do so.

Absolutely. We love collaborating with photographers, planners, stylists, florists, and content creators. We’re happy to align with your team to create a seamless experience.

To create a smooth, beautiful experience, we do ask for a few basic things:

• A fully functioning kitchen with counter space, sink, fridge, oven/stove, and (if grilling) access to a dedicated grill
• A clear prep area and dining setup including table, chairs, plates, flatware, and cups
• Parking and easy access for loading in supplies
• A kitchen that’s tidy and ready for service—personal items put away and dirty dishes in the dishwasher

We provide all specialized chef tools, serving platters, cloth napkins, and thoughtful styling touches. If you need help with rentals or extra supplies, we’re happy to assist with arrangements.

Most of our private chef experiences last between 60 to 150 minutes of active service, depending on the style and number of courses. We arrive early to create a smooth, stress-free experience, and leave your space clean and glowing.Behind the scenes, our team is typically onsite for 4–6 hours, including setup, cooking, service, and full cleanup, and doing offsite work for another 6-8 hours including organizing, planning, shopping, and commuting.
