We understand that food is a vital component of any retreat, and we are committed to matching the energy and intention of your event with our culinary creations.

Our team of highly skilled chefs have years of experience in catering for retreats on Maui. We specialize in creating personalized menus that cater to your unique preferences and dietary needs, while showcasing the freshest, most delicious ingredients from local and sustainable farms.

Our founder and head chef, Kyra Mirian Bramble, is trained in holistic nutrition, Le Cordon Bleu classic culinary arts, Ayurvedic cooking, raw food cuisine, Hawaiian medicinal food, and more. She is also a part-time yoga teacher herself, which allows her to understand the specific dietary needs of yoga practitioners and the spiritual community.
In addition to food, we bring an overall energetic ambiance to your retreat with our aligned assistants, intentional beverages, and thoughtful details such as altars, oracle cards, and sage. We strive to be an asset to your retreat, and our food is designed to empower both the hardworking leaders and the participants on their journey.

We are full-time Maui residents, and are intimately familiar with the island’s local produce, vendors, products, and retreat centers. We take pride in being a “recommended chef” at many venues, and are committed to providing 80% local and/or organic produce & proteins, always prioritizing farm-to-table, and striving to practice zero waste as much as possible.

Retreat catering is a fully immersive experience, and we understand that it requires both physical and mental effort. However, it is a true honor for us to support sacred space through our culinary creations. Thank you for considering Lotus Chefs to be a part of your intentional event.

Meet Chef Kyra Mirian Bramble, the creative force behind Lotus Chefs. Born and raised in Northern California’s lush landscapes, Kyra discovered her passion for cooking and hospitality at an early age. Her culinary journey took her from local kitchens to the esteemed California Culinary Academy’s Le Cordon Bleu program in San Francisco.

After a soul-searching hiatus that included travel writing, winemaking, and holistic health studies, Kyra found her true calling: combining the art of cooking with the power of connection. This realization led her to Maui, where her commitment to farm-to-table cuisine and heartfelt hospitality took root.

Today, Lotus Chefs has grown into a collaborative, all-female team of culinary artisans. Each chef brings unique skills, yet they all share Kyra’s ethos of creating food that nourishes the body and soul. Beyond the kitchen, Kyra embraces her roles as a mother, yogi, and avid traveler. Always eager to innovate, she delights in crafting customized menus that reflect her clients’ diverse needs and tastes.
